Mindful-MESS 10/19/25
Sunday, October 19th // 2PM-4PM // $20
Dabble is teaming up with Nourished & Known to host a new event: Mindful-MESS
Explore creative outlets for life’s stresses with a unique guided community art experience. This month’s theme is “Letting Go”.
It’s time to bury what is no longer serving us. What are the past experiences, false narratives, former relationships or outdated patterns holding you back from new experiences? Letting go and stepping into the unknown (even if it’s a better situation) can be scary. Taking the leap will be not so scary through the fun and therapeutic experience of decorating and filling a mini paper mache coffin using materials from our seasonal craft buffet.
This is also an opportunity to feel gratitude for all the experiences that got you to this place in your life. You can now let them rest in peace, as you start anew. The finished coffin can serve as a reminder of all you’ve overcome and be a little celebration of your growth and resilience each time you see it.
Come with your intention in mind. What from your past is ready for a funeral? Feel free to bring mementos from home that you’d like to place in the 7” x 3” coffin. Or make items during the workshop that represent what you’re letting go.
Advanced ticket purchase is recommended, as there are limited seats available. If the event does not sell out, the remaining seats will be available for walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis.
This is a beginner friendly event and is open to all, no experience is required.
Nourished & Known:
We help people repair their relationships with their bodies and experience food freedom. Our team of licensed therapists specialize in treating eating disorders and are both trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming.
Special thanks to Nourished & Known for helping to curate and sponsor this cool event. We look forward to seeing you there!
